Easy to track and trace

Tracking your consignments is easy on our website

You do not need to login to conduct a tracking, use:

• Waybill number

• Package number

• Sender or recipient’s reference

Tracking information for the consignment

• Information about the sender, recipient and their respective addresses

• Number of packages

• Volume and calculated weight

• Estimated pick-up and delivery times

• All scans performed at terminals and trucks. When the consignment is delivered you can find the recipient’s signature

• Domestic tracking also has a map showing where the goods were delivered

• You can choose to have a view of the order, or a more detailed view per package. Clicking on the blue globe in tracking image brings up a map which shows where the consignment is located
